Refund Policy

This document is a working draft. A final, attorney-reviewed version will replace it before public launch.

The short version

  • Before you submit your intake: full refund within 14 days of purchase, minus any payment-processing fees we can’t recover.
  • After intake, before plan delivery: partial refund based on work already performed, assessed case by case. Most commonly 50% when the intake has been reviewed but design hasn’t begun.
  • After plan delivery: no refund. Revisions are included; use them.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your project reference and the reason you’re requesting a refund. We will respond within five business days. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.

When we won't refund

  • After your plan has been delivered, even if you’re dissatisfied. Revisions are the remedy — use the structured revision form, and we will work with you until the plan meets what the intake asked for.
  • For HOA or municipal rejection of a plan after delivery. We revise; we don’t refund.
  • For plant survival outcomes. Gardening depends on many factors beyond the design (see our Terms).
  • After the 30-day post-delivery Q&A window has closed.

Full Garden engagements

Full Garden custom-quote projects have individually negotiated terms documented in the written quote. Those terms govern refunds for Full Garden projects and supersede this policy where they conflict.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it. We would rather hear from you directly — email first; most issues resolve.
